About this opportunity

A classifier which can distinguish between text written by a human and text written by AIs from a variety of providers- an AI based solution of a problem which is close to impossible in case of manual detection. Although this classifier is not fully reliable. In the evaluations on a “challenge set” of English texts, this classifier correctly identifies 26% of AI-written text (true positives) as “likely AI-written,” while incorrectly labeling human-written text as AI-written 9% of the time (false positives). This classifier’s reliability typically improves as the length of the input text increases. This classifier is a language model fine-tuned on a dataset of pairs of human-written text and AI-written text on the same topic. The dataset from a variety of sources is taken which contains samples written by humans, such as the pretraining data and human demonstrations on prompts submitted to InstructGPT. Do check out this blog to know more about this AI model. You may try the tool yourself as well.
