Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC), organized by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF), is a regional youth development program for emerging leaders on the cusp of breaking through. The second edition of ARC spotlights employability, exploring how young leaders can strengthen adaptability and develop future-ready capabilities for an evolving global workforce. The program combines online workshops with a full-day in-person segment in Singapore, offering rich cultural, experiential, and immersive learning opportunities. We welcome applications from youth leaders aged 25 to 35 from Southeast Asia, China, and India who are actively driving positive change in their communities and possess full-time professional experience in the non-profit, private, or public sector. Participants will connect with changemakers and thought leaders, gain insights into adaptable leadership, and develop cross-cultural networks for collaboration.
