About this opportunity

The People+ai fellowship is an 18-month structured apprenticeship program designed to transform promising, young talent into leaders of change. The Fellowship is a full-time commitment and provide a stipend of 15LPA during the fellowship. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience and have a strong passion. You will begin for 6 months by working in one of their network organizations. In the next 12 months you will be leading one or more community projects to deliver on technology for the public good. Throughout the 18 months, there will be “School” days - intimate training and mentorship sessions with industry leaders such as Nandan Nilekani, Pramod Varma, Shankar Maruwada, Vivek Raghavan, and many more such inspirational leaders behind population-scale systems created for the public good like UPI, Aadhaar, FASTag, CoWIN, and DIKSHA.
