About this opportunity
The AI for Asia Fellowship, organized by Siklab, is a pioneering 12-week intensive program aimed at empowering the next generation of innovators in Southeast Asia and South Korea. The fellowship brings together 120 outstanding youth fellows—five from each ASEAN member state, Timor-Leste, and South Korea—to build essential skills in AI, digital transformation, and the future of work. The curriculum features expert-led workshops, panel discussions, case studies, and mentorship, culminating in a capstone project where fellows design AI-powered solutions to regional challenges.
Eligible applicants are youth aged 18–30 who are citizens of ASEAN member states or South Korea. The program seeks emerging leaders, founders, and advocates with a demonstrated interest in AI and innovation. The fellowship is primarily virtual, running from July 11 to October 3, 2026, and requires a full commitment to the 12-week cycle. This is a unique opportunity to foster regional collaboration and develop leadership capacities in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
