The APNIC Foundation Research Fellowship supports applied, evidence-based techno-policy research to strengthen digital infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region. The fellowship focuses on three thematic tracks: Internet Infrastructure, AI for Development, and Digital Inclusion. Selected fellows undertake an eight-month remote research project to drive local impact.
Target Audience:
Researchers, technical practitioners (engineers/architects), and policy professionals/strategists.
Geographic Eligibility:
Residents of the 56 Asia Pacific economies.
Tangible Benefit:
USD 10,000 stipend for each selected researcher and opportunity to publish findings through APNIC Foundation channels.
