An experienced Support Engineer (5+ years) is sought to build and own the operational backbone for a mobile wallet application, powering cross-border payments and web monetization. This foundational role involves designing, implementing, and leading the end-to-end support operating model, including KYC processes and incident response. Eligibility: 5+ years in support engineering, technical operations, or production support roles. Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tangible Benefit: Compensation: $5,000-6,700 USD per month. Remote position. DEADLINE: Rolling.
