The application process involves an online submission, followed by an interview. Successful candidates will then receive practical assignments and the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities. The TUMO educational program comprises self-learning activities, courses, and workshops across 14 fields, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels completed through individual or group projects. Instructors are experts in one of TUMO's fields, employing TUMO's innovative educational content to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for success. Program Phases: - Phase 1: Learning (June 1 - August 31): Focus on your chosen field, intensive courses, work with leading experts, and explore TUMO's pedagogical methodologies. A stipend of 75,000 AMD per month is provided. - Phase 2: Teaching (September 1 - November 30): Gain teaching skills at a TUMO center, delve deeper into TUMO's educational philosophy, and learn pedagogical approaches and career tools.
