LeadNext is The Asia Foundation’s flagship youth leadership program focused on advancing global citizenship. It equips emerging leaders with the skills, networks, and perspectives to navigate complexity and lead effectively in diverse cultural contexts. The program emphasizes relationship-building between future leaders from the United States and Asia-Pacific.

Target Audience: Emerging leaders aged 18–25 from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States.

Geographic Eligibility: U.S. citizens/permanent residents and candidates from countries where TAF has a presence (e.g., India, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.).

Tangible Benefits:
◦Fully Funded: All travel, accommodation, and meals for the in-person summit are covered.
◦Training: Immersive virtual leadership training and masterclasses with global experts.
◦Mentorship: One-on-one mentorship throughout the program.
◦Summit: Participation in a week-long in-person Global Leaders Summit in the U.S.
