Position 1: Safe navigation of a robust and semi-autonomous aerial robot with multi-modal sensor units for ship inspection. https://lnkd.in/daFCfQns Position 2: Robust SLAM for extreme working conditions using conventional and event-based cameras https://lnkd.in/dvQzUgCk The project's goals are to significantly improve the occupational health and safety conditions in the ship recycling industry and to prevent contamination of hazardous materials. Our main objective is to adopt and integrate innovative robotics, data and AI systems into the ship recycling industry to reach this goal.
