A high-agency, 4-month program designed for exceptional young talent to bypass traditional college pathways and directly engage in building mission-critical software. The fellowship emphasizes meritocracy, ownership, and practical application.

Target Audience: Exceptional graduating high school seniors and young adults (typically 18-19) who are self-starters, builders, and possess high aptitude, regardless of academic background.

Geographic Eligibility: United States (San Francisco/Berkeley) and United Kingdom (London).

Tangible Benefits: Monthly stipend ranging from approximately $5,400 to $10,000 (up to £60,000 annually in the UK), housing and travel support, direct mentorship from Palantir leadership, and the opportunity to work on real-world projects as Deployment Strategists, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Developers.
