The United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF) is organizing a free, in-person mentoring workshop focused on the application process and guidelines for the 2027-2028 Fulbright-Nehru Fellowships. The half-day session at The Lalit Chandigarh on April 25, 2026 will feature a Fulbright-Nehru alumna/alumnus sharing insights into their application journey, research experience, and cultural engagement in the United States.
Target Audience: PhD scholars, researchers, faculty members, and professionals seeking short-term research or teaching opportunities in the United States. This is specifically for those planning to apply to one of three Fulbright-Nehru fellowship tracks: Doctoral Research Fellowships, Postdoctoral Research Fellowships, or Academic and Professional Excellence Fellowships.
Geographic Eligibility: India-based applicants. The workshop is held in Chandigarh, and USIEF does not cover travel or accommodation expenses.
